Managing Water Supply and Demand to Achieve Economic and Environmental Objectives: Application of Mathematical Programming and ANFIS Models

The integrated management of water supply and demand has been considered by many policymakers; due to its complexity the decision makers have faced challenges so far. In this study, we proposed an efficient framework for managing in line with economic environmental objectives basin. To design framework, a combination ANFIS multi-objective augmented ε-constraint programming models TOPSIS were used. First, using hydrological data from 2001 2017, rate release dam reservoir was estimated model; afterwards, allocation agricultural areas performed combining TOPSIS. prove reliability model, southern Karkheh basin Khuzestan province, Iran, as case study. results showed that model is able reduce irrigation consumption improve productivity
